Refund Policy

Refunds are issued when:

• A duplicate payment is made for the same team.
• The event is canceled or does not take place.
• The event date changes, and the team cannot participate on the new date.

Refunds are not issued when:

• Participants decide not to attend the game.
• The team is disqualified for violating the rules.
